From our peaceful garden café setting, through to our wild and elemental huts along the Sussex coast.

You can book any space for a personal celebration or business event depending on which is right for you.

The Sauna Café, Brighton

Tucked underneath the viaduct near Preston Park in Brighton our Sauna Café space is perfect for relaxed, sociable group sessions. With access to indoor facilities, a sheltered garden, and two different saunas (one wood-fired, one electric), it’s an ideal choice for both casual get-togethers and more organised events.

Saunas & Plunge Only

    • Exclusive use of both saunas + cold plunges

    • Use of indoor changing area and showers

    • Access to our outdoor garden (shared with café guests)

  • This is great for people who would like to get a bit fancy and hire a private sauna session for their friends of family. Perhaps for a birthday celebration or a get together.

    Please be aware that during your sauna you will share the general garden area with our “café only” customers - i.e. people who have come for a coffee or a bite to eat.

  • Groups of up to 20 people .

    For groups of over 20 people, please contact us for a quote.

    • 1hr – £230

Whole Sauna Garden

    • Exclusive use of a 20pp wood fired sauna

    • Exclusive use of a smaller 6pp electric sauna.

    • 2 large cold plunge tubs

    • Private use of the full outdoor garden area

    • A covered ‘lounge’ area

    • Use of indoor changing area and showers

  • The space is perfect for facilitators and companies who would like to host fully private experiences such as wellness workshops, team wellness days.

    Please note the indoor café space will still be open to the public during the booking.

  • Standard capacity is up to 20 people.

    For groups of over 20 people, please contact us for a quote.

  • £280 per hour.

    (minimum booking of 1 hour)

  • Please ensure you book ample time for your guests to set up and wind down to ensure that you’re not clashing our regular sauna users.

  • Please contact us using our booking page providing us with the following info:

    • Number of people estimated to attend

    We will get back in touch to confirm availability and share the next steps for booking.

    If you are booking on behalf of a business we will ask you to sign a facilitator agreement and waiver form in advance

  • There are 4 outdoor showers and four covered changing rooms provided.
