BOOKING FOR COMMUNAL 10 SEAT SAUNA AT SUSSEX UNIVERSITY SPORTS CENTRE. 

CHANGING FACILITIES AND SHOWERS ARE AVAILABLE

Multiple spot bookings are very welcome but can currently only be booked 1 place at a time.

  • You will need to bring swimwear (mandatory in the sauna), and two towels – one to sit on in the sauna and one for drying after.

  • Changing facilities are available inside the sports centre

  • The sauna is outside the front of the Sports Centre, in the grassy area.

  • Bookings cannot be refunded, however they can be rescheduled (via email) up to 8 hours in advance, or transferred to a friend.
