Swimwear:

• Our dress code requires that swimwear is worn in the sauna.

Towels:

• one towel to sit on for good hygiene

• another for drying afterwards

Water

• Is supplied but you may wish to bring a bottle for afterwards.

There are 3 changing rooms in our area, and storage for bags and clothes.

There are alfresco cold water showers and a cold bucket shower.

Toilets are located inside the pool building (accessed from the road side)

Cycling

There are bike racks available.

Walking

Accessible routes along the seafront both and east and west of Splashpoint, as well as inland.

Buses

All bus and coach routes into Worthing stop in Marine Parade, opposite the Dome, which is situated approximately 5 minutes walk from Splashpoint Leisure Centre.

Train

Worthing main station and East Worthing station are both around a 10-15 minute walk from the leisure centre.

Car Parking

There is Pay and Display in the Splashpoint car park and on the nearby roads.

Sessions can be booked in multiples of 30 minutes. We recommend booking 60 minutes for a relaxed experience. You can find more information to help you decide here.

15 minute session will be available as walk-ins if we have space and cannot be pre-booked.

If are booked into a session but can no longer attend you can cancel from your Momence account. You will receive a credit to rebook if it is outside of the 24 hour cancellation window. We do not offer money refunds.

Yes, your session fee includes full use of both the sauna and the cold plunge pools during your booked session time. You’re more than welcome to arrive a few minutes earlier to get changed and ready so you can make the most of your time.

Guests must be at least 12 years old to use the sauna. Anyone aged 12 to 17 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests.
