Our newest sauna is now open on The Promenade in Bognor Regis, a distinctive spot that allows us to offer wide horizons and fresh ocean air.
With sea views, it’s the perfect place to slow down, warm up, and reconnect with nature, yourself and the sauna community.
Before or after your sauna session, take time to explore the area — enjoy a coffee or a bite to eat along the promenade, or simply stroll by the water and take in the rhythm of the waves.

Swimwear:
Our dress code requires that swimwear is worn in the sauna.
Towels:
one towel to sit on for good hygiene
another for drying afterwards
Water
Is supplied but you may wish to bring a bottle for afterwards.

There are 3 changing rooms in our area, and storage for bags and clothes.

There are alfresco cold water showers
30metres down the beach open all year except winter.Public toilets are located across the road.

There is Pay and Display along The Promenade and surrounding area.

We recommend if you have time to book 30 mins for an express session, 60 minutes for a relaxed experience or 1.5 hours for seasoned sauna goers.

If are booked into a session but can no longer attend you can cancel from your Periode account. You will get a gift card code that you can apply to your next booking if you cancel more than 24hrs in advance.
We do not offer money refunds.

Guests must be at least 12 years old to use the sauna. Anyone aged 12 to 17 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests.
