For those who prefer flexibility without a commitment, our Pay-as-you-go option allows you to enjoy the sauna whenever you need it. Ideal for occasional visits, this option is perfect for those who like to take advantage of our health benefits without any sign-ups or commitments.
Pricing
Each session is priced individually ( £8 per 30-minute session).
One credit equals a 30-minute session.
Two credits cover a full hour.

Online Bookings

Must be paid for in advance and guarantee you’ll find a space.

You can manage your bookings through your Periode account.

You can change the time of your booking in your Periode account up to 24 hours before your session.
You will need to cancel your booking to receive credit (in the form of a gift card code) and then rebook using that code. -
Bookings can be cancelled via your Periode account up to 24 hour prior to your session to have credit returned. You will receive a gift card code which you can use for future bookings.
