Swimwear:

• Our dress code requires that swimwear is worn in the sauna.

Towels:

• one towel to sit on for good hygiene

• another for drying afterwards

Flip Flops:

• To navigate the pebbles on the beach!

We have 2 beach huts for us as changing areas with (limited) dry storage for clothes and bags. Pack light, and come "beach ready" for ease as there can be a wait to use the beach huts at busy times.

There is a cold shower located next to us on the beach.

Toilets are located towards the band stand

There is Pay and Display parking available at Wish Tower and along the seafront.

Nearest train station is Eastbourne Station which is a 10-15 minute walk from the Seafront

Sessions can be booked for 30mins or 60 mins. We would recommend booking 60 minutes for the full experience!

If are booked into a session but can no longer attend you can cancel from your Momence account. You will receive a credit to rebook if it is outside of the 24 hour cancellation window. We do not offer money refunds.

Yes, your session fee includes full use of both the sauna and the cold plunge pools during your booked session time. You’re more than welcome to arrive a few minutes earlier to get changed and ready so you can make the most of your time.

Guests must be at least 12 years old to use the sauna. Anyone aged 12 to 17 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests.

Yes, we do. We offer two 1-hour Silent Sessions each week — on Mondays from 11am - 12pm and Thursdays from 11am-12pm.

These sessions are designed to help you truly tune in, switch off, and relax. We kindly ask all guests to leave conversation at the door and preserve the peaceful, tranquil atmosphere of the sauna.
