Held in our private garden. Choose from sauna only hire or our entire sauna garden including saunas, plunges & covered seating.

Based on Madeira Drive, our sauna is situated next to Sea Lanes, Luna Wave Studio and Fika café - creating opportunities to host wellness inspired events.

Worthing Splashpoint
Hire an enclosed space away from the public with a 10 seat sauna, chilled plunge and bucket shower. Great for facilitators needing privacy.

Eastbourne Beach
Hire a 10 person sauna on Eastbourne beach near to a range of cafés and restaurants. Ideal for wilder events connecting your guests to nature.

If you are booking on behalf of a business we will ask you to sign a facilitator agreement and waiver form in advance
