How membership credits work
Each credit equals a 30-minute session — use two credits for a full hour.
Momence membership valid at Brighton & Worthing; Periode memberships are valid at Eastbourne and Bognor Regis.
Credits are for individual use, but you’re welcome to bring a friend using guest credits (Momence membership only) or by purchasing an additional session.
Credits must be used within the current membership cycle, as bookings can’t be made beyond it.
Discounted extra credits are for membership holders only and can’t be transferred.
Your “start date” is the date of your first session booked
If you purchase a membership as a gift, it will be valid for one month only and will not renew automatically..
