Staff Manager – Luna Hut Sauna

Full-time | Thursday–Monday | £29-32k based on experience | Brighton & coastal sites

Luna Hut is a community-focused sauna business rooted in wellbeing, nature, and calm, thoughtful experiences. We run multiple beachside sauna sites across Sussex and are growing carefully and intentionally.

We’re looking for a Staff Manager to take ownership of staffing, rotas, and day-to-day support for our sauna host team.

This is a hands-on, people-centred role. You’ll be the person making sure our sites are properly staffed, our hosts feel supported and confident, and short-notice staffing issues are handled calmly and practically.

You’ll work Thursday–Monday, based primarily from our Beaconsfield Road Sauna Café and regularly travelling to our sauna sites. This is not a work-from-home role.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Managing rotas, availability, holidays, and sickness cover

• Handling short-notice staffing changes and stepping in where needed

• Being a consistent, supportive point of contact for hosts

• Recruiting, onboarding, and training new sauna team members

• Spending regular time on site checking in with staff and building strong relationships
