We’re opening the doors to our brand new Sauna Café - and you’re invited to celebrate with us.
Expect a relaxed afternoon with good vibes, great company and a toast (or two) to new beginnings.

Location
Accessed from Beaconsfield Road, our sauna café is located under the iconic Viaduct, offering a calm, cosy café and open-air courtyard with impressive views.
With a large outdoor area, plenty of seating, and our Finnish style sauna facilities, it’s the ideal place to unwind, recharge, and escape the buzz of the city.
Enjoy the sauna experience and follow it up with a coffee or something to eat whilst chatting to friends both old and new.
Whether you’re after some quiet time, a bit of something different, or just a chance to soak up the Brighton atmosphere, our Sauna Café is the perfect addition to your day - any day of the week.

Book a 60 minute session by booking 2 x 30 minute sessions back to back.

Swimwear:
Our dress code requires that swimwear is worn in the sauna.
Towels:
one towel to sit on for good hygiene
another for drying afterwards
Water
Is supplied but you may wish to bring a bottle for afterwards.

There are 4 changing rooms in a sheltered area in the Sauna garden plus storage racks for your belongings.

There are alfresco cold water showers.
There are 2 toilets located inside the café.

Sessions can be booked in multiples of 30 minutes. We recommend booking 60 minutes for a relaxed experience. You can find more information to help you decide here.
15 minute session will be available as walk-ins if we have space and cannot be pre-booked.

If are booked into a session but can no longer attend you can cancel from your Momence account. You will receive a credit to rebook if it is outside of the 24 hour cancellation window. We do not offer money refunds.

Yes - the same memberships can be used in all of our beach saunas plus the Sauna café.
