Swimwear:

• Our dress code requires that swimwear is worn in the sauna.

Towels:

• one towel to sit on for good hygiene

• another for drying afterwards

Water Bottle:

• Water is supplied but you may wish to bring a bottle for afterwards.

Flip Flops:

• To navigate the pebbles on the beach!

There are 3 changing cubicles outside the sauna and there are storage units for your personal belongings whilst in the sauna.

Sea Lanes pool members can also use the changing facilities associated with the pool.

There are alfresco cold water showers located outside the back of the Sea Lanes pool building.

Toilets are located outside the Fika Cafe.

Cycling

There are an abundance of bike racks available.

Walking

Accessible routes along the seafront both and east and west of Sea Lanes.

Buses

Train

Nearest train station is Brighton. There are various buses that run from the station to Madeira Drive.

Car Parking

There is Pay and Display along Madeira Drive. Due to the works on the Madeira Terraces, there are a few less bays available, so plan accordingly for busier times (wkends and events).

Sessions can be booked in multiples of 30 minutes. We recommend booking 60 minutes for a relaxed experience. You can find more information to help you decide here.

15 minute session will be available as walk-ins if we have space and cannot be pre-booked.

If are booked into a session but can no longer attend you can cancel from your Periode account. You will get a gift card code that you can apply to your next booking if you cancel more than 24hrs in advance.

We do not offer money refunds.

Yes, your session fee includes full use of both the sauna and the cold plunge pools during your booked session time. You’re more than welcome to arrive a few minutes earlier to get changed and ready so you can make the most of your time.

Guests must be at least 12 years old to use the sauna. Anyone aged 12 to 17 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests.

Yes, we do. We offer five 1-hour Silent Sessions each week:

• Mondays from 11am - 12pm

• Thursdays from 11am-12pm

• Fridays 6-7pm

These sessions are designed to help you truly tune in, switch off, and relax. We kindly ask all guests to leave conversation at the door and preserve the peaceful, tranquil atmosphere of the sauna.
