New Booking System FAQs
As of Wednesday 15th July, we have moved our booking system from Momence to Periode.
Periode is a Norwegian sauna booking system that we already use successfully at our Eastbourne & Bognor Regis site. It’s simple, reliable and designed specifically for sauna experiences - which means smoother, easier bookings for you.
We know that changes like this can bring up lots of questions, so we’ve gathered the most common ones and answered them in the FAQ section below. If you’re unsure about anything or need support at any point, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’re here to help.

We’ve moved to Periode to make booking your sauna sessions easier and smoother. It’s a system designed specifically for sauna experiences and has been working very well at our other sites.

The new booking system has been live since Wednesday 15th July.

If you’ve visited us in Worthing, Sea Lanes or at the Sauna Café within the past year, you should have received an email from Periode with instructions on how to set up your new account.
You can also create an account during the sauna session booking process if that’s easier for you.

Yes. Periode uses secure, encrypted payment systems to ensure your personal and payment information is protected at all times.

In the meantime, you can manage all your bookings easily through your online account via your phone or computer. -
Yes. All existing bookings up to the 15th July have been moved to Periode.

If you had an active membership at the time of the change, any remaining membership credits have been added to your Periode account as sauna credits, which you can use anytime.
You should also have received an email with a link to purchase your new Periode membership going forward. -
There are some small changes to your membership:
Your membership can now be used to seamlessly book sessions at any of our saunas.
Going forward, there will no longer be separate guest credits. Instead, all memberships will be entitled to the total amount of credits (regular & guest combined)

Yes. You can cancel your booking through your account.
If you cancel outside of our 24-hour cancellation policy, you’ll receive a credit automatically in the form of a gift card code to use for your next booking.

Yes, it’s very simple to add multiple people to one booking.

Yes. You can manage your bookings in Periode directly on your phone.

Yes, we will honor all in-date gift cards.
Please contact our dedicated admin team via the contact form to request your gift card be transferred from Momence to Periode. -
All our bookings are now managed through Periode. This means you can book any of our saunas from your Periode account.
