With access to a range of facilities, and of course the sea, it’s an ideal choice for both wellness days, wellness events and private parties.

Please ensure you book ample time for your guests to set up and wind down to ensure that you’re not clashing our regular sauna users.

Yes - there are food options at both the café Fika and beach bar Bison Beer.

There are four covered changing rooms provided.

Large Groups-Maximum capacity of 20.

The longest private hire we offer is 85 minutes. For large groups the maximum hire time is 55 minutes chargeable at £330.
Luna Wave Yoga Studio
Unique to this Brighton Sauna is it’s proximity to our sister company, Luna Wave.
If your looking to hire the sauna as part of a larger yoga or wellness experience then our yoga studio is a stones throw from the hut.
You can hire the studio, along with a wellness practitioner (Yoga, breathwork, meditation etc). and of course a sauna session and create an event suits the vibe of your choice.
Whether it’s a private hire, birthday or other party, it’s a beautiful site with incredible views and a special feel.
