Tucked underneath the viaduct near Preston Park in Brighton our Sauna Café space is perfect for relaxed, sociable group sessions. With access to changing facilities, a sheltered garden, and two different saunas (one wood-fired, one electric), it’s an ideal choice for both wellness days, wellness events and private get-togethers.

This is great for people who would like to get a bit fancy and hire a private sauna session for their friends of family. Perhaps for a birthday celebration or a get together.
Please be aware that during your sauna you will share the general garden area with our “café only” customers - i.e. people who have come for a coffee or a bite to eat. -

The space is perfect for facilitators and companies who would like to host fully private experiences such as wellness workshops, team wellness days.
Please note the indoor café space will still be open to the public during the booking.

Please ensure you book ample time for your guests to set up and wind down to ensure that you’re not clashing our regular sauna users.
