Yin & Sauna practice can bring us into embodied awareness. This awareness can help reduce our stress levels, calm our system, even prepare us for deep rest. When we rest deeply, our bodies uncover a wealth of insight and healing potential.
Amanda will guide you in steady breathing & simple postures, using the nourishing heat of the Sauna. Booking in advance is recommended, and if you haven’t booked, please come early to sort out payment.
Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes) will not be permitted to join to ensure a smooth and respectful start for everyone.
